Compared to Nylon and POM, PEEK offers significantly higher temperature resistance, strength, and chemical stability, making it suitable for extreme environments.

Compared to PTFE, PEEK provides much higher mechanical strength and load-bearing capability, while PTFE offers lower friction.

Compared to metals, PEEK is significantly lighter and offers excellent corrosion resistance, while maintaining high strength and durability.

Although PEEK is more expensive than standard engineering plastics, it is often the best choice for high-performance and critical applications.
